Norman has over 15 years of diversified experience working with various Avaya Aura System platforms which include G3s, G3r, S88xx, S87xx, S85xx, S84xx, S83xx, G350, G430, G450, G700, and G650 gateways including Survivable Remotes LSP's and SLS's. In addition he has programmed and worked on Avaya Aura products including all Communication Manager Releases up to the current virtual server related release 6, Avaya Session and Systems managers, Avaya Aura and Modular Messing. He has upgraded and added services via RFA and PLDS through Virtual Machine Management and WebLM. In addition, he has extensive knowledge and experience with Networking and Trunking which includes working with QSIG, SIP, Tie, and ISDN/PRI. In pre implementations he has conducted data gathering and station reviews. Utilizing software tools and reports he has provided trunking capacities, recommendations and configurations. He has experience in configuring, testing, and turning up Avaya Trunking and Circuits. He has expertise with inbound and outbound call handling which involves building and configuring trunks and trunk groups. He also has experience manipulating the call flow through Route Patterns, AAR, ARS, UDP, Hunt Groups, VDNs, Vectors, and Incoming call handling. He has programmed Call Centers including Agents, Skill sets, Variables, BSR and CMS Supervisor. Programmed and implemented AVAYA Communication Manager (ACM) IP end points including: 46xx, 16xx, 96xx, polycom, video conferencing, Softphone, One-X Communicator, EC500 and the 46xx settings file requirements. He specializes in the provisioning and implementation of all these services and facilities and is an expert at diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with the call flow between Avaya and other system platforms. Through past experiences he has provisioned, implemented and maintained legacy TDM platforms which also include Audio and Video conference systems. He can also perform maintenance and alarm clearing on the Avaya System Platforms. To perform implementations he utilizes ASA and is at expert level in Provision. He has conducted end user and administration training classes. Norman has worked as a vital resource and valued team member on several projects involving large Avaya Cores, Hubs and Spokes. Through Avaya curriculums, courses and testing in 2012 Norman has earned his Avaya Certification as an Avaya Implementation and Support Specialist. Both ACIS and ACSS expire in 2018.
