Established the organization’s minimum technical desktop computer specifications; updated and rebuilt all desktops to minimum technical specification. Set up, build, configure, install, remove /replace PC internal components, Support user desktop usage. Able to answer user questions concerning users specific pc topics. Provide user PC training in: Desktops, laptops, Notebooks, IPhones. Have over ten yrs experience interacting with clients. Also have experience with Audio visual equipment for Seminars and Teaching etc
