I have over 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. In the capacity that I have worked I have supervised my shift in the facility that I worked. In my job I had the lineage to contact the Director of the facility with problems out of the scope of my practice. I would like to relocate to the West coast to the San Diego area. In my experience I have worked as a home care provider, on the IV team in various facilities as well as in the home care arena. I have 14 years of Emergency experience in a Trauma Center in Baltimore, MD. I have worked in the Juvenile system caring for both adolescent boys and girls. In this capacity I did assessment for admission, Venereal disease testing, documentation for altercations between youths, medication administration as ordered by facility physician. In my experience I have worked in a hospice facility, and adult day care center. I also cared for a special needs child who had CHARGE syndrome who was a total care. He had a feeding tube for constant tube feed and a trach tube . This tube needed constant suctioning and tie changes. I have also cared for other children with feeding tubes, I have experience as a billing nurse trying to recoop monies that were denied that had previously by Medicare and private insurance
