Prior to this, I was with Ellis & Associates, Inc. in Denver, CO as a Sr. Right of Way Agent for the TransCanada Keystone Pipeline Phase I. In both positions, I have successfully negotiated and obtained the necessary survey permissions, land purchases, rights-of-way consents, and approvals of various contracts that facilitated the groundworks to start and complete both pipeline projects.
