Head chef,chef consultant,production chef,sous chef,kitchen manager / kitchen supervisor
I have been in every role in this industry, there is nothing that I have accomplish in my last 30 years in this industry. I use to own more then five restaurants, also I have been a corporate chef for 12 years and executive chef kitchen manager. My goals are to partner with someone who wants to be successful like me and run a buss together. Due to the reason that I have a medical condition I can not work more than normal hours witch is 40 hours at week ,day time only only.
