Possesses excellent organizational, problem solving, communication and decision-making skills. Enjoys “mining” for overlooked opportunities as well as developing strategic plans that incorporate all phases of the operation. Very experienced with new well planning/drilling/completion, well workovers, production forecasting, economic modeling, reserve estimation and classification and annual capital and operating budgeting processes. Can work with teams or independently.
