Conducted daily assignment meetings as well as project walk down at beginning and end of shift. Conducted and held weekly safety meetings and enforced the company policies. Authored and maintained all logs ( rfi., time, daily & weekly logs, project needs or overages and assisted in acquiring the proper permits for all aspects of the projects) the present time on and built are as follows: I am helping to renovate an old brick home in Northern Baltimore Built Responsible for site development and day to day construction of thirty new single family homes ranging from $450,000 to $900,000+ in a community known as Chanticleer in 160 townhomes and six single family homes. Responsibilities included scheduling production payment and quality assurance of homes.
