Healthcare Administration Assistant/Management

I have been in the Healthcare field since 1987, with much experience throughout the years hands on and management. I have also administration assistant experience of 6 years. I'm currently in college for Healthcare Administration Assistant/Management, I want to secure this position with a company that will allow me to grow and enhance my abilities to support our short and long term care. I completely support having a great staffing team and working together. I'm compassionate, patient, reliable, flexible, team leader, recruiter, coordinate projects and activities. I have great communication skills, organizational, confidentiality requirements. I provide administrative support, coordinate internal and external efforts required in quoting with services, price, terms, etc. Collaborate regularly with accounting to ensure accuracy of billing. Proficient in MS Office, and other systems related to the industry. Any other tasks that are requested. I'm well rounded and willing to give my all, I have been in healthcare for many years and this is my passion. I'm dedicated to my work, staff, and most importantly my residents. As a team leader I will treat you as an individual, using appropriate manners, I will work with you one on one to identify our goals and ambitions for the company. I understand my success is your success, I will go the ultimate mile to make sure we get where we want to be. When I put forth the effort, I will give my all.
