My name is Jessica Warren. I have been in the Mortgage Industry for almost 4 years now. In this time I have excelled extremely fast, by using each and everyday as a learning tool. I am very driven & motivated and I absolutely LOVE a challenge. I have held many positions in the industry but by far my expertise is being a Account Manager. I was a Sr. Account Manager at my last employer, and was responsible for training all new ( Loan Processor) hires. On average I would handle between 6-9 top volume Account Executives, leaving me with a pipeline on average of about 80-100 files. During our extremely busy months I have handled about 180 files at one time. with experience in "A" paper & ALTA "A". ( prime/ sub-prime) 80/20, 100%, stand alone 2nds, 125% ect. I always have my hands in the mix, corresponding with all involved parties on a daily basis. I have always been responsible for the problem solving, which we all know, in almost any loan there is something that needs little extra attention.
