I am writing you today looking for employment with your company as a Chef. I have worked in the industry since 1984 starting out as a dishwasher & progressing onto prep cook, buffet service, line cook, training in high school, Culinary school, sous chef, executive chef & a small business owner. I am now looking to advance my career after 10 years of operating my own business in Southwest Missouri & increasing my exposure within the industry.
