PROFILE * Excellent organizational skills, oral and written communication skills, and acute attention to detail. * Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. * Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. * Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel-Advanced, PowerPoint, and ability to learn internal Inventory Software. * World-class customer service skills. * Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedures and regulations. * Superior interpersonal skills. * Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and handle shifting priorities. * Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment. * Sound judgment and decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS Sales & Marketing * 10 years of customer service experience. * Serves as contact for Reps, Partners, Product Suppliers, End Users and Sales Managers. * Manages demonstration schedules with Regional Managers. * Ships supplies to all retail locations. * Tracks sales results and work with sales trainers to improve results. * Receives and checks customer complaints. * 1 year of CAD (Certified Artist developer) experience. * Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. * Conduct planned demonstrations in assigned retail stores to achieve specified sales goals * Capture consumers' attention to participate in high energy, captivating in-store demonstrations and model all aspects of Costco's brand, culture, and passion for quality service
