Alzheimer's schizophrenia, investigated complaints and self reports in nursing facilities in Texas if indicated per CMS regulations, wrote "Tags" on the facilities. RN Case Manager - DADS at the Abilene State Supported Living Center anxiety disorders bi-polar diagnoses major depressive disorders as well as mental retardation combined with medically fragile diagnoses. Residents ages from 18 to over 80 with a total population in the home of residents. I supervised patient care technicians and nurses.
