I am a correctional Sergeant with 6 1/2 years experience as this and 8 1/2 as a correctional officer. I am also staff instructor certified, a firearms instructor, and academy instructor for future officer of the state of Az. I oversee the facility and the officers and inmate under my care, at times upwards of 1100 inmates and 30 officers
