Description
My Prior Position was an APQP Coordinator but, as Error rates continued to climb with our Press Brake Operator's in Forming. The Plant Manager asked me to return to the floor as a Lead Tech. over Forming to do First Pc. Inspections, prove out new Set Ups, Train new Operator's as well as further Training current Operators in an effort to bring errors under control and report to the Engineer Manager. My Career goals and Objectives are to Advance in Leadership and assist as an Engineer Associate.
