Recognized as a results oriented Operations leader, I have had broad leadership accountabilities in various industries, in multiple locations and with responsibility for multiple functions. After contributing to the growth of several leading organizations, I am excited about beginning a new challenge. Characterized by others as decisive, energetic and fair, I possess keen manufacturing instincts, am results driven, and have an aptitude for solving problems. Excellent results could not have been achieved, however, without trained and dedicated employees who are excited about achieving business goals and sharing in the success of the company. It is my belief that a positive, can-do leadership approach can drive change, positive employee relations and strong financial results. In my current position as VP of Operations with Nomaco Inc., I have demonstrated the ability to lead two facilities with full responsibility for Production, Engineering, Maintenance and Logistics. In an environment of rapid change, frequent challenges and tight deadlines, I remain focused on maintaining effective interactions with other functions and business units. In an environment of declining top line sales, the business has remained very profitable primarily due to the careful utilization of labor, materials and processes such as 5S, Lean and Six Sigma, which have increased both our efficiency and effectiveness.
