During the stay in this organization I performed the following tasks: • Erection of gas engine 3*3MW(JGS620GSNL) Jenbacher with gas compressor. • Diesel engine 3* 1.5 MW (QSK60) Cummins.And2(JGS320GSNL)1MW. • OPERATION of diesel and gas generators sets and parallel (synchronizing ) of alternators also done. • Coupling of HT panels (incoming and feeder panels). • Deal with DOL, Star Delta, Reverse Forward Circuit, and testing of motor ,Loop check ,JB ,CP, Cable termination and transformer. • Major test of insulation of cable of the motors and generators. • Earthing of motors transformer, generator, panels and building of the plant.And NGR of transformer. • Erection, Operation and Troubleshooting work of Heat Recovery System. 3-Mughal Steel Pvt.
