SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS: Mr. Malatino has 40+ years' experience in the environmental chemistry and safety profession. He has served as Chemist & laboratory Director of three certified state-of-the-art laboratories. He is a Certified Hazardous Materials Supervisor (C.H.M.S.) and Certified Environmental Inspector (C.E.I.). He served as President of two environmental companies in Florida 1987 - 1991 and 1991 - 1999 He served as Health and Safety Director of a large Tampa-based environmental remediation company. Presently he serves as a partner for a Tampa-based Plastics Recycling company. He continues to serve as a Consultant trainer in safety related OSHA and RCRA required employer environmental regulations. He is Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Access, Publisher, Quick Books, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Terra-Link Micro flow Graphics and related software.
