Among the earliest adaptors of Agile / SCRUM methodologies, which I used to lead teams internationally to shorten development times, greatly increasing quality and time-to-market, and keeping companies on the leading edge while increasing market share. I'm constantly testing new development languages and tools to stay on the leading edge while insuring I use the best tool for the job, regardless of age. I am also an expert negotiator on the international stage leading to better strategic partnerships, strong vendor ties, and markedly improved manufacturing costs.
