February 2014 Good Morning: I am actively seeking employment in Patient Accounting or Patient Access Services as a daily operational leader or Registration Services in a demanding, fast-paced multi-tasking office. My years of experience in leadership in Patient Access Services in some of Boston leading Medical Centers equipped me with a multitude of skill levels. Throughout my career I have demonstrated my management skills in healthcare services. My work at several exceptional medical facilities organizing front-end service flow, reducing wait time by processing registration for several different medical services knowing the objectives and demands to meet patient satisfaction goals. In addition to my leadership my secretarial skills allows me to understand how to produce staffing productively at the highs level. I am leader in the medical front-end administrative roles for the last fifteen years. My role as daily operational manager I was responsible for twenty –three staff members reporting to me.
