• Perform protein analysis , phenotype transgenic plants and conducted physiological experiments • Help in molecular characterization of various transgenic plants 3. Sina gene family • Made constructs and transform arabidopsis plants to generate over-expressor line and GFP tag • Working on charcterizing T-DNA knock out of several sina genes. 4. Maintain cotton plants in the Greenhouse and help store and maintain transgenic seeds
