I am a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager with extensive experience in leading the day to day activities of the machine maintenance crew, automation crew, parts inventory and HVAC personnel as well as training on the floor and filling in when short handed.. Lead the continuous improvement program when related to plant machinery and building and grounds. Lead cost and energy savings projects for two injection molding plants as well as Kazan projects. Effectively developed the CMMS program and trained maintenance personnel to use it for repair and maintenance work orders, preventive/predictive and total productive maintenance, parts and supplies tracking etc. After implementing the CMMS program and completing scheduled maintenance reactive maintenance was reduced 35%. Developed and maintained a department budget and stayed within budget without sacrificing production up time. Managed the employee safety and training program assuring all new hires were trained on lock out/tag out, right to know, hazardous chemicals and ppe requirements as well as assuring that current employees are trained on these yearly.
