● 6+years’ experiences in design of experiments, and troubleshooting for process improvement. ● 6+ years’ practice with various techniques, including composite materials fabrication, polymer/ ceramic material characterization, single crystal growth, and thin film deposition. ● 1 year’s industrial R&D experience in developing and formulating composite materials for electro-optical devices. ● Proficient with semiconductor fabrication, related chemical processing, and devices physics. ● Significant experience in accomplishing filing US patents, and technology transfer. ● Critical knowledge and hands-on experience in materials analytical instruments (microscope spectrometers, and various chemical characterizing tools) Self-starter, fast learner and team player with oral/written communication and project management skills Looking for a challenging research/engineering position in materials or manufacturing companies.
