Description
Ensure the timely delivery of materials to the facility and shop floor. - Collaborate with suppliers and fabricator to coordinate deliveries, shipping schedules and work schedules to meet facility production plans. - Collaborate with PES and MS productions on line coverage to ensure that the new package with fit and overage depending vehicle. - Interact with Buyers and Mass Production on size of and qty of parts to go inside the container. - Research on packaging to ensure that carryover is justified and dunnage with fit the new part. - Perform root cause corrective actions to resolve quality and supplier performance issues. - Analyzed established parts schedules and production requirements - Ensure that current parts requirements meet the new into appropriate piece parts per qty. - Requisition the materials, regulate inventory levels and issue work orders.
