Experience with surface mount (SMT), microwave integrated circuits (MIC) and monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMIC). Experience both in assembly and test of passive and active components. Familiar with epoxy and eutectic die attach, as well as manual and automated wedge and ball wire bonding. Familiar with RF test equipment such as signal generators, vector and scalar analyzers, spectrum analyzers, power meters, and frequency counters. Known for attention to detail working both with and without engineering drawings. Ability to plan schedules and work with minimum supervision.
