Insightful Multidisciplinary R&D Leader in Advanced Bioengineering/Biotechnology

Goal: To find a position in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry where my advanced knowledge and experience in bioengineering and molecular & cell biology, along with my leadership and organizational skills, help to guide innovation-driven product development I am particularly interested in joining or building a multidisciplinary R&D team that focuses on the development of advanced diagnostic and therapeutic modalities toward their application to personalized medicine. I bring both scientific leadership for the development, execution, and management of R&D activity and strategic leadership for the development and integration of advanced technologies. I enjoy working closely with laboratory scientists to guide their R&D efforts in a practical manner. I am also enthusiastic about building highly productive partnerships with fellow leadership to develop, define, and execute long-term R&D strategies/missions at the corporate level.
