Description
Senior Field / Bench Technician with broadly based experience, installing, analyzing, repairing computer systems, digital copiers, multi-function printers and large-format printers, color printers, peripherals, to network level. Perform on-site diagnostics of systems, peripherals, and software. Install multi-user networks and Wide Format Printers with 42 inch scanners. Communicate with clients in person and over the phone to resolve issues and schedule repairs. Dispatch service calls to other technicians to ensure quick and effective response. Train new team members on a wide selection of products, in both group and individual settings.
