Over 10 years of experience managing large, complex programs consisting of multiple projects and multiple project teams including program process improvement. Extensive experience in Voice and Data Network Operations, Interactive Voice Response and Call Centers and has a thorough understanding of the associated processes and most common reporting requirements.
