Major Accomplishments * Designed and built a switching system for ADP Dealer Services which provided the ability for customers to view activity on a single data link. When data was not being used they had the ability to take control of the data session. This function allowed customers to save money and resources. Product was later developed by a major communications company. * Responsible to work with the building of a Major Data Center in Dallas TX from the ground up. Worked with design engineers on the building. Designed and built a Network Control center to be able to handle all networks over a five state area. After facilities were built I was responsible for moving all Networks and Communications for the five state area over a weekend with very few issues for customers. * Designed and installed a Network switching system which allowed a company to connect terminal systems to several different types of computer mainframe systems requiring different communication protocol languages. This network produced a 75% production increase. This success caused their competitors to purchase this service from my company. After installation of the network, I supported all of these systems. * Designed a troubleshooting procedure to repair major network switching adaptors in a broadband network. This provided a faster response to network users and less downtime. * Produced an engineering document to enhance an entire network control center. This was singled out as an insightful solution to resolving network issues by company management.
