Highlights:
With no degree I have been move into a position where I not only conduct training for new hires but also for administrative staff. I've been appointed to represent our department at the L.A. County council meetings.I also attend on behalf of the department the Los Angeles gang coalition meeting.I am often called upon to speak to troubled youth when ever there is racial tension in the units.I am the person responsible for ensuring that the parents of the minors in our care attend parenting classes at our facility.
