Demonstrated personal integrity regarding EHS compliance and communication with relevant agencies (EPA, OSHA, USDOT/PHMSA and State agencies) to reduce company risk and protect corporate reputation. Proven experience developing and deploying appropriate EHS policies and procedures for regulatory compliance. Experience developing policy and procedures for document control required for ISO 9001 and 14001 Certification. Experienced and adept at the development and delivery of OSHA, EPA, RCRA, NFPA, and FMCSR workshops, training courses and material. Strong working knowledge of oil &gas, industrial and manufacturing process safety. Experienced safety officer on emergency response incidents and environmental remediation projects. Accountable for P&L and Departmental Budgets. Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Adobe: (Word, PowerPoint, Captivate 9 Excel) and Lotus Notes.
