Responsible for Safety, product delivery, and personnel necessary to operate heavy equipment, i.e.; front end loaders, trucks and trailer, maintenance, etc. Welder Foreman overseeing welders and multiple fabrication facilities providing detailed estimates of man-hours, material, and total costs for the customer. Providing front-line supervision, technical direction, leadership, and coordination of craft personnel supporting all DOE projects at the Idaho site. Project Manager responsible for environmental remediation and closure of RCRA regulated tank system. Deployed new technology equipment to mobilize and sample hard pack tank heels for packaging and shipment to treatment storage and final disposal facility. Responsibilities also included daily reports to senior management and monthly reporting to DOE-HQ and the State Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ-ID). Nuclear Fuels Dissolution Supervisor leading a team of operators in chemically dissolving nuclear fuel rods for recovery of unspent uranium and the safe disposal of waste materials. A life-long welder by trade and hobby. Currently hold a Class “A” CDL with endorsements for doubles, triples, tank vehicles, and hazardous materials.
