Searching for and executive leadership (Director of IT or VP) opportunity to lead a large organization to its next level of competency; as an engaging IT executive leader who has demonstrated record in effective operational and project & program management, controlling large engagements and service contracts. Mike Dawwas is considered an executive leader who is an expert in turning around delivery organizations to meet their operational commitments “SLAs” while maximizing profit margins, and utilizing quantitative thinking to “show the value”. Mike is effective in leading IT organizations so they enable the business competitive advantage. Mike spent much of his career analyzing project/program/organization failure and devised a holistic framework to failure intervention and rescue. Mike will use demonstrated communication skills to engage the delivery organization to align on project and operational visions.
