I have accumulated over 20 years experience in the Medical Field Insurance Claims Handling and Management. I hold a current Florida Independent Adjuster's License and have been appealed to as a mentor among the management claim professionals assisting to enhance their knowledge skills and effectiveness with reporting of incidents before they become actual claims. With my combined education of nursing along with specific courses in Risk Management Employment Practices Liability Workers Compensation laws and regulations when applied through direct support of training applying accuracy and compliance by modeling examples while completing open claims allows for strategic-thinking skills and openness in order to receive feedback automatically. Utilizing my strong Coaching and mentoring skills displays my knowledge of the systems tools and how to leverage the tools to improve claim management effectiveness. My teams develop prioritizing skills with ease allowing a positive balance of quantity and quality.
