Managing in-house drafting * Applicant Processing Division, Brooklyn, NY - Landmark Building. * Installation of the first Ice Storage Tank System complete with Chiller Plant & auxiliary equipment, for a NYC agency (NYPD). * Chaired bi-weekly construction meetings attended by members of DCAS, NYPA & AECOM. Ultimate Power was the Prime Contractor with all trades under its auspices. * Circulo de la Hispanidad, 5 story out-of-the-ground center in: Town of Hempstead, N.Y. * Installation of five 20 ton Carrier RTU w/energy recovery wheels, two 750,000 btu condensing boilers, VAV boxes, and miscellaneous exhaust fans in a LEED building * Duties included: scheduling of all trades, submittals, change orders, installation logistics, equipment start-up, tutorials, and O & M manual * Serviced a three (3) year city wide HVAC contract for the MTA/Bus Division * Reason for leaving: Slow-down of scheduled new work. fabrication scheduling of all trades submittals change orders installation logistics equipment start-up tutorials and O & M manual Clients included DCAS DASNY HHC SCA and the PORT AUTHORITY.
