I have attended many conferences and workshops on handling difficult patients/clients and Customer Relations. In my most recent position I was responsible for implementing and maintaining an internal marketing department, acting as liason for all patients in a five clinic physical therapy practice. This included communication and problem solving between patients, staff, attorneys, physicians and insurance companies to ensure optimum patient satisfaction and treatment outcome.
