Description
I enjoy the challenges of problem solving whether design issues of complicated system designs in the engineering office, or the high pressures of resolving field issues during construction. I have a proven track record of minimizing change requests from sub-contractors during construction and pre-commissioning phases of a project. Timely and pragmatic decisions made in the field, coordin ated with other disciplines, leads to on time completion and satisfaction performance to the owner. I know this is valuable to large industrial, institutional, and commercial projects with budgets of $100M or greater. In the disciplines of mechanical piping (hydronics), HVAC for clean rooms and industrial ventilation, and process specialty piping systems for chemical and semiconductor plants, my broad experience and willingness to travel has taken me to many places in the US and Asia. I would like to continue with this type of work for at least 3 more years before formally retiring to mineral prospecting. Regional preferences would be the Pacific Northwest region or Florida and Puerto Rico in the US, and SE Asia or Australia overseas.
