My career objective is to use my P&L and operations skills too successfully and profitably lead a management team. My agility, strategic planning and decision making qualities allow me to excel at creating, leading, motivating, coaching and developing teams with a leadership style that is firm yet caring. I am able to set strong but flexible standards and can provide effective situational leadership. Additionally, I drive operational results through the persistent evolution of self and others. I can successfully navigate a complex matrix organization, as well as, partner with other leadership team to complete complex task. I function well in an environment that requires a variety of challenges. I am also successful at directing and providing overall leadership and strategic direction to all employees.
