Sales Order Specialist

As a Sales Order Specialist I enjoy the opportunity of working closely with Sales Representatives throughout the world and external Distributors/Partners. The most satisfying part of my position is being able to organize chaos into a simplified process and provide solutions. As part of a newly developed team within Cisco Systems (Adecco), I have worked to execute services added to the Global Price List which continually change as new products are brought to market. I manage the orders from sales submission to their WebEx Site being branded. During my employment at Kasenna-Espial, I was solely responsible for the entire order life cycle which included Sales Force opportunities, order review, processing, hardware buyer, licensing, invoicing, accounts receivables and collections. It required working closely with our Professional Services department to be on-site for training and installations, as well as building relationships with Technical Support for customer renewal contracts. Regardless of working within an Order Management team or the only processor, they both require a balancing act of meeting the requirements of the position in an accurate and timely manner while providing expertise in all related matters to sales orders. I enjoy working in either scenario as the end goal is the same in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue for the company.
