My overall work history with various skilled positions in the telecommunications, dialysis and the hospital give me a wide range of skills that would allow for me to do well in this position. I a great understanding of the system and hospital flow as a past super user and bed control coordinator -currently as someone who has to explain the processes of Epic to users as a member of 4Epic ...I have extensive experience assisting management in improving process flow and procedures. I have extensive experience training team members from my Management positions throughout my career and here at the hospital. My excellent organizational and analytical skills would make me an asset to any team.
