SUMMARY: Landman (field-independent contractor): 22.33 years Landman (in-house): 7.50 years Attorney (14 years overlap with field landman period): 23.83 years LAND PROFESSIONAL (for legal experience see chronological employment history below) Experience with properties in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Ohio, Michigan, Montana, North Dakota, Utah and Illinois * Management * as contractor * Managed due diligence teams (regarding acquisition of leases, wells & other O&G assets) * as Vice President and Land Manager * Managed all land functions concerning acquisition, management, maintenance and divestment of oil and gas leases, leasehold rights and interests, and well assets * Managed all land functions in support of multi-rig drilling program and producing properties * Managed land administration staff and contract landmen * Managed legal issues and regulatory matters * Non Management * In house due diligence concerning leasehold and well asset acquisitions/divestitures and financing affecting oil and gas properties in Ohio, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming, Utah, Oklahoma and Colorado of which the scope of review includes, but is not limited to: verifying mineral fee title, title of working interest and net revenue interest, and lessor title reviewing well and production histories and determining issues related thereto verifying lease maintenance and determining issues related thereto lease analysis determining curative issues and contract analysis (PSAs, JOAs, ROWs, Farmout/Farmin Agreements, Participation Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements and an assortment of other oil and gas contracts [note that I am occasionally the crew lead/manager of a team conducting the above type of due diligence] * Review of and preparation of project reports and maps
