Ability to review, restructure or provide various loan options for the client as needed. Provide positive reinforcement and motivation for coworkers to ensure a competitive atmosphere on the sales floor. Proficient in cold calling prospects in a business to business setting as Inside/Outside Account Manager. * Knowledge of products such as: FHA, VA, USDA, 203k, jumbo, conventional, streamline and reverse mortgages from beginning to end. * Structure weekly and monthly goals to achieve companywide goals. * Manage client pipeline as Loan Officer, Team Leader and Manager. * Experience in call center atmosphere with high energy to work inbound and outbound leads.
