Work in a position utilizing thin film process development and characterization experience. Conduct research on the structure and properties of nano-materials to develop new products or enhance existing ones. Determine the ways to strengthen or combine materials to develop nano-composites required for specific applications. Implement different device testing methods to evaluate the effects of various conditions on particular materials. Work on successfully optimized laboratory techniques to volume and scalable manufacturing processes.
