I have been successful in the business world directing IT operations at both the local level of a single entity and the upper corporate level responsible for IT operations around the world. I have also displayed the talent and stamina to partner in my own business developing financial applications for the hospitality industry while also consulting in technology projects around the globe. I have a proven track record of IT project management utilizing a variety of methodologies from critical path to agile that have granted successful implementations within numerous environments including Medical and Healthcare industries. I am a rare breed of operational efficiency, technical expertise, business acumen, showmanship and leadership who has also helped to develop numerous assistants into managers and leaders themselves. I have excellent verbal and written skills that allow him to communicate at the C-Suite level all the way down to the first tier staff member ringing up a basic order. I am also a seasoned veteran in client facing situations requiring troubleshooting, problem solving, solution selling, execution and support.
