I am a 20+ year business and technology professional, in addition to over five years running IT departments. I specialize in content, community, social networking and ecommerce. I have experience building websites and online services from inception, and taking existing websites and online services to the next level. I also have an extensive track record of launching successful new online initiatives, content and programming, beginning with America Online in the 1990s. Highlights:

Latest position: I performed upgrades of MCA&F Web/IT operations through robust web properties (Association, Foundation and two Magazine Sites), a professional ecommerce solution (CounterPoint Online) and upgrades to IT infrastructure and management, including all PCI compliance. Historically: I started, built, grew, raised capital, expanded and ultimately sold my own online company, the Writers Club. We were on AOL and Compuserve.
