with over 2o years’ experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction. My first ten years were spent as a Field Superintendent in residential layout and Track/Community framing projects. I managed a minimum of ten separate crews consisting of 50 to 80 people and up to ten separate subcontractors at a time in completion of ground up projects. I also was a journeyman member of the contractors union in Las Vegas Nevada. I'm a motivated, innovative Construction/Office Manager adept at finding engaging ways to motivate construction/administrative teams to exceed expectations and maintain high standard within a very competitive market. I've been a key component in the growth of sales and infrastructure at the company where I currently manage an office team of ten people and a field staff that consists of 60 field technicians. I've developed and maintained my own company programs within this company such as safety compliance, employee retention, and a legitimate up-sale opportunities program that resulted in 1.4 million in revenue during the course of its first year.
