I am looking to secure fulltime employment in an area and environment in which I may function at maximum capacity in order to attain professional growth, and where my experience and skills coupled with my high degree of motivation will be of mutual benefit to both my employer and patient population. I Strongly Believe: The nursing experience is unlike any other. It is multifaceted in nature in that it requires the expertise in many fields of medicine; teaching, managing, communicating all to reach an ultimate goal…..the client’s adaptation to wellness and well-being. Above all nursing demands that we be lifelong learners and thus the nursing profession has the potential to allow an individual to progress in self growth. It is this growth that as nurses we can utilize to help augment the discipline of nursing, by sharing knowledge with our clients, their significant others, our peers, colleagues and in contributing towards promoting nursing as the distinguished profession that it is.
