I have been in the mortgage industry since 1978. I have worked in all sectors, retail, wholesale & brokerage. I started in Closing and worked my way through Processing and Underwriting. I have experience with Conventional, Government, State Bond, Construction and Jumbo loans both purchase money and refinance. I have utilized web based Underwriting systems, LP & DU, along with many sole proprietary software. I have experience with many mortgage software programs, and learn new ones quickly.
