Seasoned in having created and grown companies and divisions within companies. I have consistently taken organizations with erratic spending and non-accountability and made them fiscally responsible, budget friendly & corporately predictable departments. My knowledge of State and Federal laws & regulations give me unparalleled insight into compliance regulations and is shown in by my experience as an adviser to a state department. I have streamlined by implementation of policy and procedure, vehicle compliance and enforcement of regulation. I have also, through the use of software and policy, incorporated VMRS coding and instituted efficiency matrices that have reduced our need to outsource of fleet maintenance. I want to bring all of this to an organization that desires accountability and respectability within our states of operation on a fleet level.
