Years of experience as Lead man running maintenance crew in day and night shifts, responsible for all maintenance decisions and repairs. Receives job orders, assures resources are available, and communicates with costumers and crews regarding job resources. Assist the Supervisor by providing input to identify key success factors for Maintenance Mechanics. Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of maintenance mechanic services, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost. Reviews and monitor cost and man hour budget for installation process, develops an equipment and tool requirement plan and reviews it with General foreman. Assist management Staff by supervising mechanics in the repair and maintaining of material Handling and other mechanical equipment. Able to make decisions in the absence of leadership, have valid driver’s license, know how to use diagnostic equipment as it relates to the equipment being maintained, posses positive attitude and willing to train others. Have good knowledge of employee timesheet procedures .Familiar with TSTI’s and AHA’s, Ability to write SRO’s Service Repair Orders. Willing to relocate in any camp in Iraq. Good oral and written skills read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets used in the work place. Works independently, utilizing two way radio and other communication equipment.
