I am a researcher, educator, leader and inventor with extensive background in academia and industry. My major interest is to find innovative and efficient solutions to environmental issues. I am particularly interested in the fields of crop production physiology, nutrient management, agricultural statistics, environmental soil physics and chemistry, environmental modeling and simulation, GIS modeling, watershed management, water quality, agro-ecology, precision agriculture and climate change adaptation. I am also interested in applications of hi-tech methods and solutions to increase efficiency and reduce environmental impacts of agricultural systems. My industrial experience includes several projects in fields of research and development, manufacturing, market research, scientific and technical support, and training and promotional efforts.
